here's more info on the doll. no news on if it will be available outside of Canada, but it's being introduced at the San Diego comic con, so I'd imagine it will also be available in America.

There is also a silver edition apparently! Michael's winx club reported it from the comic con in San Diego that will be available from jakks pacific. Not a specific date though, but hopefully when the rest of them come out.

Actually, the way he words it, Silver Bloom is probably a Comic Con exclusive doll....

I think it is a Comic-Con exclusive, but since the blue/black Bloom is available only online at Toys R Us in Canada, it makes me wonder if a different limited edition Bloom will be online in America and other countries that will be getting the Jakks dolls. like maybe there will be an all pink limited edition Bloom doll available in America online. or maybe an all gold version, I'd love that.

I hope those of us who can't go to comic-con will get the chance to buy a limited edition doll. I'd love to get my hands on one, but can't exactly fly out to San Diego for a comic convention.

I feel like they will probably make multiple limited edition ones to eventually release not just at conventions and whatnot.
