I was just wondering if any of you guys are doing it, are were interested in doing it. Here's what it is in a nutshell:

Participants begin writing November 1. The goal is to write a 175-page (50,000-word) novel by midnight, November 30.

You can sign up anytime to add your name to the roster and browse the forums. Writing begins November 1. To be added to the official list of winners, you must reach the 50,000-word mark by November 30 at midnight. Once your novel has been verified by our web-based team of robotic word counters, the partying begins.

Oh, not to mention you have to be over 13 years old to register for this one, but there is in fact another for people younger too.

So 13+: Here

13 and younger: Here

It's a beast and a half. I myself have started, and scrapped 3 stories, wasting 7 days of time. But I have one now, and and am madly writing as I type this.

So, who's in?

I heard of NaNoWriMo two years ago. >< But I don't think I would have enough time during the Nov. to write that much so I usually always stayed out. However, I always enjoyed reading other people's stories that they wrote for this event. :) I hope you win and when your story is finish, please share. ^^

Aw man, I'd love to, but I've got a huge and really important set of exams coming up in December, so I doubt I'd have the time. But good luck, Rox! I really hope you win! ^^

Ironically, I've never had any interest in it.

Mainly because I don't like rushing myself and I'm not going to put my other stories on a one-month hiatus.
