The Winx turn into HalloWinx at Halloween: the new dolls by Giochi Preziosi.

Are the Winx fairies or witches? You'll see the Winx as you've never seen them before at Halloween with the new dolls collection by Giochi Preziosi. The Winx will transform into Hallowinx at the evening of October 31.

Bloom, Stella and Flora have been influenced by goth fasion and they are preparing to celebrate Halloween with clothes full of lace. A padlock in the shape of a skull, a Winx Dark pet and a glittering brush are included in every package, which costs 19.90 EUR.

The HalloWinx dolls collection, unlike other doll collection, also consists of a line with heads to use make-up on: children will be able to choose how to brush or make up Bloom or Stella for their Halloween party. Glitter mascare, lipgloss, a small mirror, a small brush, hair rubber bands and hair clips are included in the package. The “head” will costs 34.90EUR.

I know how you feel... although I'm glad that it's something out of the ordinary, I'm not so happy. Lots of things could go wrong and I don't understand why it's only Bloom/Stella/Flora!!!

Wait until you read the other article, it talks about the content of the stories... You 'Eh...' will get bigger, I promise.

...I am unsure how I feel about this. On one hand, it could be fun if it's just a little one-off Halloween special thing. On the other hand, if they really try to make this a part of Winx and bring it up a lot, it's going to get annoying fast. The pink girly fluffiness is part of what I like about Winx in the first place.

They aren't on the doll, but that's understandable because they'd be hard to make at that scale. And they aren't in the comic panel...idk, I was both amused and surprised XD

Part of me really wants to like this, because I love the designs (though I'm not a fan of Bloom's little pigtail things), and they even have some cool-looking weapons, but at the same time...just just doesn't seem very Winx-like.

On the Darkwinx does not make sence. As if you think about the episode I forget which one that went to cloud tower and the trix tried to get to its heart. They explained faries are light and witches dark. With the winx having to go back to Alfea to recover better as they were not really compatable with the dark.

I kind of thought that Dark Winx is what happened to Bloom in the second season. Turning a fairy dark doesn't give them a nifty new transformation, it makes them evil.

The description said that "dark winx"/Hallowinx is their new power to enter in the witches' world. Or something like that. I quite like the idea, just as long as it doesn't last longer than the specials.

Yup! The transformation is "given" (eh, we'll have to find out how they receive it) to the Winx to enter a party hosted by the Trix. Atleast that's what the text for the dolls line said. In the comics the dark winx transformation is used to battle Halloween-style monsters.

I wouldn't consider it a real transformation like Enchantix ^^

Hmm...I guess it just feels like a lack of continuity to me, since Dark Bloom is evil but now Dark Winx is just a new outfit to get into a party. Then again, it's not the biggest continuity problem Winx has ever had.

The outfits have grown on me, even if they still don't feel exactly Winx-like, and I still don't like Bloom's pigtail things. I guess now that the initial "U: wat?" factor is dying down, I'm getting used to it.

Wow, it looks nice. Well, um I didn't mind the look because it sure is Halloween related. ^_^
It would be cool, if they show Tecna and Layla (or Roxy if she is part of it). Instead of mainly for Bloom, Stella, and Flora. =/ A Group is so much better. It's good they added Musa, but why is she not part of the story. =/

Dark Winx? I feel....it sure needs another name...doesn't even fit because I still thought of Dark Bloom where she became evil. HalloWinx would be nice, but I'm thinking of the word as Glothix, the way they dress like sure does fit. xD I'm pretty sure this won't be confirm as part of the Winx Series because the girls are still fairies and good girls. This is just a Halloween Related where they have to stop the mess from Trix/Witches for these monsters. ^_^ (I wonder if that's really about it. xD) But I can't wait to see this Magazine Special.

Why they would extend the Magazine Specials till December of Halloween Related? o.0 I wondered if they can put it all together in one as for Halloween Special. =)

I am still mad that they're only mentioning Bloom, Stella, and Flora. I guess it's possible that the other girls will have a story that isn't part of this preview thing, but I won't be surprised if they're just kind of there in the background, since those three seem to be the "favorites" in advertising and promotions.

Don't get me wrong, I love Tecna, but I sort of wonder why she's still in the show sometimes. In four seasons she hasn't had much attention paid to her (there was that one part in season 3, but it was resolved in 1 episode and everyone moved on), and as far as I know she's one of the least-publicized fairies. There are fans that love her, but the company doesn't seem to care that much, and what little they do produce for her is just costing them money. I'm not at all saying that I want her gone, I just don't get why they keep her as a character if they aren't going to do anything with her.

There's a doll for Musa, but we only get one picture and no mention of a special story for her. Musa is normally used more than Tecna or Layla, but still less than the Golden Trio.

Story's over. All about the doll marketing these days. Dresses are nice, not the winx's style, but they're nice. i wish there was an artbook you could get cataloging all the outfits theyve ever worn and the concept art. im a big fan of all the little details they put into the drawings.

I'm the same. i like the art and cartoons, the designs and everything but the story, well its plain dull an lifeless. they're running out of ideas fast because everything was semi resolved in the first movie and then in the second it was a loop hole being covered up.
I'm over it. especially the witches. How many times can the Winx defeat them? i mean come on. But i do want to see the witches revamped a bit. the winx get new outfits and powers why did the trix only get dis-enchantix and then they were forgotten about completely. if they're going to be in the story, at least pay them the respects of changing their clothes.. Wow, alittle disappointed in the trailer, they showed all the Winx, but then didn't show Tecna and Layla. =/ I thought they were there, but edited it to replace with "Dark Winx of Bloom, Stella, Flora, and Musa"? (I still don't like the name, it doesn't suit right still reminds me of Dark Bloom). xD

Wait? o.o They updated a new image and I saw Tecna! But it's like a re-edit for Season 2? I don't know if this is something to do with the Winx Club Special: The Shadow Phoenix? (It's might likely...they will skip it) Or are they going to create an Halloween Episode for this? Or maybe an image used for the one of the comics?

P-girl is right, they are all pretty similar. Since they aren't "official" and are only showing up in the comics, I'm guessing they didn't exactly overwork the designers for unique dresses. I mean, even the wings are all the same except for the colors. They're cute, but not the most diverse.

Yeah, I mean, one of the best things about Winx Club in contrast with other magical girl shows, is how varied their outfits are. (Instead of all alike with just a palette swap and maybe some different frills and boots instead of shoes and such....)
Here? All these gothic dresses with nary an individual touch.
Also.... you don't give these girls belts! I mean, come on, I'm always defending this artstyle, but Tecna's dress? Highlights just how ridiculous their wastes are.

Yeah, I think they added it to try to balance out the dress since it's got that big frill at the bottom, but it does look pretty tiny. I do like her hand-thing and her collar, though.

Tecna's does seem to be the most unique of the set, though. If you told me to match the dress with the girl, she's probably the only one I'd be sure about. It's a bit less fussy than the others.

(also, for a second, I thought Layla's Hallowinx outfit was her underwear until I scrolled down. I was very confused.)

Yep. Regardless of the new clothes and story, that trailer was awful. I mean, Tecna and Layla just disappear after they photoshop in the Hallowinx art. Not to mention that you can clearly see their winx clothes before the snip. I know they aren't exactly breaking the bank on this, but they could have done better than that.

You just have to find out in the Comic Series. They are going to explain it. It's the Special Issue for the HalloWinx broken up in 3 Special Stories: Flora's Adventure Against Werewolves, Bloom's Adventure Against Vampires, and Stella's Adventure Against Mummies.

I wonder if the comic will explain how the girls got their Lady HalloWinx (I'm not sure if it's a true name. I heard this everywhere now. xD)

By the way, a HalloWinx Puzzle Mini Game had released. But it's only viewed in Italian Site. I wonder why the Mini Game isn't viewable in other languages? I hope the Halloween Event for Winx Adventure will be in all languages? (Just like last year xD)

Yep, but it's not a Halloween Special. They used the same images from Season 2 as a base to edited them their new look. =) So it's used for advertising the New Halloween (Lady HalloWinx) dolls on TV as a commercial. =)

Bloom: to tell you the trusth, I'm a bit worried... that story about legendary monsters is not a new problem...
Flora: Since Nature has chosen us as its new guardians thanks to our magical pets, our mission of fairies on Earth has gotten more important...
