Same! I am SUCH a fan of the original and was always so sad it didn't really get a chance. And now we're here. I'm so ready. (Bit bummed that Gangrel didn't make it as a playable clan but I understand from both a gameplay and story perspective why they were left out for now. Here's hoping for DLC.)

I'm sure if the game does well they'll be dlc! I can't even tell you how many times I've played and beaten the original. I always have so much fun playing it. When I'm done with Hollow Knight I might start a blood lines let's play in preparation for 2.

And it's Paradox Studios as their publisher, they do REALLY well with post-launch DLC. (And games in general.) And the game did REALLY well on pre-orders the day it was announced. (I think it set a record?) I've played the old game SO much (Every ending at least once). I'd love a playthrough on your channel.

Funny you mention that! Once I finish Hollow Knight I was thinking of doing a Let's Play of Vampire the Masquerade. I've been trying to decide if I should just pick a race to play as or if I should do the test at the beginning!

Vampire: The Masquerade was a masterpiece in storytelling. You can literally play the same exact story over and over again because the small changes in each play through are always really interesting.

I adore the story and more importantly, the characters in this game. I stand by my opinion that Sebastian LaCroix might be one of Video Game's greatest antagonists and the best example of having one be pathetic not be a point against them. (Does that make sense? When I say this I get a lot of 'But he's weak and a loser' and I'm like 'I know, that's why he's so great'.)

Yeah, Jeannette was my favorite character. I loved going to the club just to hear her dialogue options. Speaking of which, my raptor that died on my channel was named after her XD

My fave is the Southland Slasher (And I'm still bummed that he never got a real name.), his voice acting really sells someone who's violent and angry, but also extremely hurt.

It really is a shame that when the game was first released it was so buggy that it was almost unplayable. I'm so happy that the game had such a great modding community. If Bloodlines 2 is half as good I'll be happy. No game has made me feel more like a vampire as Vampire the Masquerade. Though, Vampyr, was really good. It just didn't have the replay value as Bloodlines.

I'm personally already satisfied with having a character creator. While I have a soft spot for the ones they used and I don't want to dunk on the game due to its history of being, well, kinda screwed over, but that was really missing from the original.

Like, we didn't have a clear look yet (And the model used in the gameplay footage seen is.... kinda boring) but I really hope we can create some neat characters.
