Earlier I created a new Topic in the rps section called Huntik. Then suddenly, the forum have a connection issue...again. Disable the set up of the new topic I created. So after several minute, the forum came back on and I activated the new topic. What I didn't realized was my previous set up for the new topic manage to make it through before the forum lost connection. Can one of the mod delete of the two topic?

Don't worry about it. Its easily done when the forum has issues.
