I was recently on Photobucket.com looking for Winx photos.When I clicked on one, I saw that the album was full of pictures from TheTecnoPage,and WinxDreams. Just saying.

Hmm...suspicious. The person maybe is not stealing but if the person is using the graphics without credit on another site, that would be stealing. I think the topic would need further instigation. We don't want to say immediately if he/she stole.

well winxhoney12 i appreciate tht you caught that theif but people are thinking that thats my account. which is not and they keep accusing me of stealin and i swear that is not my account.

As I said, I think someone should investigate further before accusing everyone. That is just wrong. No one wants to be blamed for something that isn't fair.

Either way, if they have the credit on it, well...not so much stealing I guess but that it kind of odd that they put it on their photobucket account.

yeah especially since winx dreams and the tecno page have lots of visitors and have gone over their bandiwith for the month before so they might want to prevent the photobucket sign from coming up on their site and they still have credit.

I could see how somebody using my graphics would want to re-upload them to rid of that annoying photobucket bandwidth sign. but... if theres no credit on it, then theres something wrong...

But its still kind of weird how they uploaded a whole bunch of them o_O I wonder if they even have a site...

Well, as I said, if they still have credit, all is well. It isn't stealing. Erasing the credit and showing it to other people is not good. It is kind of like saying that you made it without the credit.

exactly, which means the creater of the graphic has every right to put their name, site, or both on their "copycat list" or "wall of shame"

Yep. Basically, stealing I guess it claiming someone else's work. Some people actually leave the credit up and say that they are the owner of the site. O_O
