LOOOL Marty omg "Bloom and Sky's annual relationship issue" I died xD. I agree with pretty much everything you just said.
This episode was better than the last, at least Oritel and Miriam never lost their ability to fight like every single good character apart from the Winx, Sky, and Roy. But the trix could have just used illusions to make Daphne talk instead of actually making the effort of going to Sparx and everything xD. I still don't understand, that if Daphne is a real person who can be captured and everything, why she doesn't live in the palace of Sparx anymore with her parents instead of living in some cave underwater... like I always thought she lived in the cave because she's a spirit, but if she's not a spirit then why does she live in the cave...
Hmm, if Daphne knows the "secret of Sirenix", couldn't she just tell the Winx Club instead of them risking losing their powers forever? =/ I know she disapproved of them embarking on the mission, but once they committed to it she could still have told them...
And omg It was so riveting as soon as they entered the ocean of Sparx and the selkies told them Serena was hurt, I could never guess what would happen next! And who would be the one to say, "They're bonding! <3" this time! lol sorry :$

One thing that's really annoyed me this season....the whole 'splitting up to do the missions'. Why did they do that? Anyone know? Anyway, I liked this episode. But it was lacking something and I don't know what...ah well. I must be the only one who actually LOVE's the selkie's and the bonding! haha yeah I dislike that they seem to have forgotten the pixies. But ah well....I'm surprised the pixies haven't been in it at all this season seeing as they're on magix more. Can't wait for the endless ocean and sirenix to come into play! too bad we have to wait a year apparently to see any more episodes after the next one

GO Marty! Whoa, that was awesome how you explained the foolishness behind Bloom's actions. I have to give it to Bloom for having steel guts at least. Flying into a giant-toothed reptile's mouth was gutsy. Not something I want to try.
Whoooa Marty, a second awesome point: "Bloom and Sky's annual relationship issue". This is gold man, pure gold. I was laughing out loud, so awesome.
Ahhh! And then Humbu, man, you had to add that awesome zing at the end there. But hey, just to be honest, I was like "No. Way." O_O when the bonding thing happened again. And OMG, brilliant idea of brilliancy. What if they did another episode where the girls REBOND with all their Selkies All. Over. Again. ... YEAH!
Okay, it's a shame we're not all in the same room at the same time watching these episodes. We would be grilling the lame writing together and it would be hilarious.
(Okay, thank you to all for permitting me my silly time above.)
The beginning of this episode really emphasized something for me. Through most of this Sirenix ordeal, what would Bloom do without Tecna?... honestly. Tecna's done (from what I can tell) all of the research, and much of that time Bloom is spent away living her life while letting others tell her where the next gem is located. "Okay girls, let's go!" A perpetual cheerleader. I'm not sure heading back for a celebration while their powers are on the brink of extinction in 2 days could ever be considered a wise thing to do. Eh, just leave Tecna and Musa behind. We'll dance and change our outfits a few times, and let the two brainiacs at home save our powers. I have to stick up for the two girls who got left behind. Doesn't quite seem fair.
So the Trix can just bust in on King Oritel's castle on Domino in a snap?! No security...?! The writers, come on now. Do they remember the Red Fountain days when the Trix were stealing the Codex? The Trix had to break that place apart to get anywhere. Oh wait, who needs security when Oritel and Miriam are their own best guards? Every single guard got bested within one minute of the Trix attacking. So much for royal security guards...
"Let's get momma and pappa Bloom," said Icy. LOL. Is only Bloom's name worth knowing anymore?
Flora: "It's just trying to defend itself!" she says as her friends are about to be shish-ka-bobbed. Flora, there's a time for going environmental, and there's a time for being realistic. I think it's time for you to embrace the practical side that not everything is cute and lovey dovey. And if ever something is trying to eat me, maim me, destroy me, blast me, liquefy me, etc, it is going DOWN. I don't care if it's a pink teddy bear, holding a rainbow lollipop, saying "I wuv you." DOWN.
Why is it that no matter how old the Winx girls get they never are "adult-sized"? Did anyone see how tall Oritel and Miriam are standing next to both Bloom and Sky? Eh... they aren't kiddos anymore. What, aren't they like 20 by now? Either that or her parents are slight giants.
Alright, no more bonding, Sky has his memory back, Tecna and Musa can leave the headquarters, Daphne will be freed. I'm hoping for real quests and missions now. Bring it on writers. (Please.)
I was not hyped on coffee while writing this. I merely suffer from an overactive brain, ha.

QUOTE (humbu111 @ Nov 26 2012, 07:23 PM) Lol Zhan your posts are so entertaining to read xD. And yeah, it really bothered me how Musa and Tecna stayed behind from such a big event. If all they needed to do was stay in case the sirenix book started talking, they could have taken it with them. Or it would have been a perfect job for the pixies. And I know right, about the guards. You'd think after a huge witch invasion in which the whole planet was in a coma for like 15 years they'd invest a bit more in national security. I guess they're democrats xD (only difference is Sparx actually needs the security...). I feel like these kinds of things are why Jakks doesn't find it necessary to make Musa and Tecna dolls and it really irritates me. This is really out of date since this episode aired last year already, but I'm finally catching up now and I just wanted to say that I didn't really like it for the typical reasons. 1. too corny of a test 2. disregard of musa and tecna 3. focus on sky and bloom (and then a miraculous recovery of his memory?!?! say whaaa?) 4. the stupid bonding and portals scenes (I'm hoping this is the last one)
