I think my problem with the 4Kids version is all this pop-culture stuff. (Like 'The Tideswalk' and Bloom saying 'You're so getting voted off this island' when meeting the Trix on that Dragon Island in Season 3) I don't like Pop-culture references in my Cartoons.

Yeah, the part about 4kids that annoys me is how they try to throw in slang and pop-culture references that are already dated when the episodes first came out, so it's even worse when you're re-watching. I still kind of flinch at some of Musa's lines ><;

See, and that's one of the things I didn't like about the Rai version, was I thought the voices were too plain and I couldn't distinguish them from one another. I always got confused as to who was talking because the voices sounded the same to me XD

I don't think anyone is getting offended, or that anyone is meaning to offend. We're just having a healthy discussion about our opinions =D

And I guess in cartoons, I like the voices to be well...cartoon-y. It helps give the character personality, and helps you figure out who's talking XD

My voice opinions:

Flora: She annoys me in both versions, but in 4kids she actually sounds the age she's supposed to. In Rai, she sounds like, 5 years older.

Tecna: Her season 1 and 2 voice actress was absolutely amazing. Her season 3 one failed on all levels. Apposed to Flora, Tecna sounds too young in Rai.

Musa: Lisa Ortiz, is and forever will be, the ultimate Musa. No question in my mind. Her Rai voice actress is too bland.

Stella: Her 4kids voice actress was perfect. Out of all the Rai voices, I guess Stella's is my fave, but she still sounds too old.

Layla: I'll admit, they could have found a better 4kids voice actress for her, but it's still pretty good. I think her Rai voice actress sounds almost exactly like the Flora voice actress.

Bloom: I don't mind her 4kids voice actress. Her Rai's okay, but I agree with AD, they sound pretty similar.

When it comes to VA's I'm really picky, and as far as pop culture reference goes - imagine if this was a Japanese animation - those tell all sorts of weird jokes I don't under stand at all. I can deal with corny lines more than I can a joke I don't get. Besides, I thought the 4kids voices were much better than the RAI voices, I'm sorry. That's something that American dubbed cartoons are sadly known for are pop culture references because they don't care for what they consider "mature" material on an animation or whatever. Pfft. Stupid censors, but sometimes those lines can be quite funny and sometimes funnier than what's said in the original version. I've found this to be true many times over.

I'm not ALWAYS for the dub versions of things; I'm sometimes for the original; however, since I've only heard Season 4 in Italian, I can't really give an honest opinion on how I think the original voices compare to the dubbed ones.

Two of the cast members in winx are from Yu-Gi-Oh; Sky's VA and Lisa Ortiz, who I think voiced Serenity in the dub version; She did these voices on Winx: Winx Club - Icy Trix all three seasons, Digit, Musa and Mitzi.
