So, after 2 1/2 years of waiting, America is finally getting the 2nd Winx movie, albeit in a cut-down 45-minute version instead of the full 88 minutes. Let's see how well Nick has handled it...

Nick did ok with it so i gave it a 4 stars and they change alot in the moive but it was good and so will the play the epsiode that we miss on sun?

After seeing their version, there was no reason for them to edit the movie from 2 hrs to 45min. since the story barely changed. It's a shame because the Nick voice actresses really shined this time around. I believe Nick was scared that having the movie on for 2hrs would get low ratings so they edited it down. Guess I now officialy have to buy the rai english version.

Wholeheartedly agree. I thought they had edited it down to make it fit in with the season 5 timeline (cutting out characters who didn't appear in the finale, etc), but nope. it's exactly the same story, just without the interesting bits. It totally would have still worked as two hours, just maybe not in prime-time.

I'm not too disappointed, I don't much care for Magical Adventure in the first place, but it is sad to see how poorly Nick treated Winx Club this time around.

For me they totally chewed the entire movie and spit it into crazy thing.
The only thing that i like was the voice actors.
Scenes who were cool now gone:
1.Bloom talking to Daphne about princess stuff
2.Alfea scene and the compass stealing.
3.Super girls scene where they help in Gardenia.
4.Peg the surprise.
5.Fight with the shadows and training on the ship.

What is wrong with "proposed me" when Bloom agrees this only make them engaged and Sky her (fionce).

I'm disappointed of the nick version of the magical adventure.

I'm really looking forward to how the Nick VA's did. I've FINALLY gotten used to them. I swear, I began all this with 4Kids, then went on to the Italian and now the Nick dub. I'm actually okay with how they're doing it -- I never thought I would be. xDD I haven't seen it yet, but I hope to soon!
