What options are there for recording format and quality?

Quality depends on the file format you choose...though from what I've seen, they're all pretty good quality. As for format, I'm pretty sure they have .mov, .mpeg, .3gp, and .mp3. Ah, and I believe one is .mp4, but I don't have time to check.

Perhaps someone should set it to record every format so we can compare quality?
