Winx Club Announced : Rock Stars

The next will arrive in stores in November: Winx Club: Rock Stars, and will be distributed in Europe, Middle East and Africa for Nintendo DS. NAMCO BANDAI has announced that he found such a major new agreement with Rainbow to distribute the game. All European fans can purchase the game with an exclusive or a Case DS Winx Club Watch, all at selected retailers.

"The interactive platforms and gaming market are very important elements of our business - said Iginio Straffi , founder and president of Rainbow - this major new release by Namco Bandai, one of the most prestigious industry partners, underlines the 'importance of our choice'. "

The Winx return to November collaboration between Namco Bandai and Rainbow Partners has secured distribution on Italian soil Winx Club: Rock Stars, a new episode of the series much loved by young gamers.

In this chapter, you will find four different musical instruments and eight independent chapters, which divides the adventure which sees the player engaged in order to be a real rock band, using the usual plethora of magical powers.

The game, aimed at an exclusive Nintendo DS will arrive in the Italian shops from November. Below are some pictures together with the widespread release.

Another new game only release for Europe, Africa, and Middle East as it mention above. Don't know about Asia.

For USA Fans: Looks like New Winx Games aren't coming to USA anymore. =/ 4kids.tv lost their rights with Winx Club now. (Season 4: Believix in You hadn't been release to USA either). So yeah, only left is we have to get it online like http://ebay.com or other online stores.

So, after having, uhm... acquired the game, I can say that it's actually kind of fun. There's quite an amount of clothes available, graphics are by far the best for a Winx game as of yet, and while simple, it's kinda fun.

Also....

There are TWO secret character slots.

We know the first one: Roxy. The advertising was nice enough to spoil that. But who would the second one be? Another girl? Who? Mitzi? Nah. Morgana? Heck no. Nebula? Actually, that sounds kinda awesome. Or maybe.... in many games with a 'Mentor', you can often unlock that mentor to use later. You've got a mentor here: Andy. Now wouldn't that be epic?

Edit: Of course, it's this new girl especially made for the game named Johna. She's kinda cool, sorta like this Edgy Rock Chick. (Of course she starts out as a foil, but oh no, she's not bad, she's just misunderstood.... *Sigh* I don't like characters like that. They do horrible things like ruining friendships, but in the end, we're supposed to feel for her and forgive everything.... I'm all for reformed baddies, but could they put in some effort at least?)
