Hi everyone,

Well I'm going to go take my road test this Friday and I would like to know if anybody have taken it before and passed. I really want to pass on my first time. I'm nervous right now and really want to pass. I really need help on my parallel parking and well basically on all of my parking. So if any of you have taken a road test before can you please help me. Pretty please. I really appreciate it.

Where are you from? It makes a difference in terms of rules and all.

Okay, I'm from Canada, so it'll probably be close enough in terms of rules. I know someone who did perfect, but made a right turn on a yellow light and failed, so be careful of that.

Well i can legally drive in the UK i passed on the second attempt (i did the same monovers and had the same examiner both times), well i know the rules are different like you drive on the other side of the road to us. Make sure that you move your head when using your mirrors so the examiner can see that you are using them easily and try and relax

Good luck!

Maybe study up on your "Rules of the Road". ^_^ It might help a bit. That and practice.

I was awfully nervous about my test as well (honestly, I should have failed, but the people there were awfully nice and probably noticed how much I was trembling. My hands wouldn't stop shaking.)

My advice would be the more practice you get, though, the more comfortable you feel. When you're very nervous, it is hard to think correctly, so maybe practicing a lot will give you the confidence boost you need. icon_wink.gif That, and practice what you felt you needed more help with on the test, so when you go back, you are able to do them perfectly. ^_^ Also, get familiar with the area in which you're taking the test: know the roads and where they may have you yield, park, etc.
During the test, I'd suggest to focus on the road and ignore your nerves (though, I understand that is easier said than done sometimes.)

I'm sure you'll do fine, though. ^_^
