I don't think so either. I think the whole "Youtube is deleting all cartoons off of the website in September" thing was all a big rumour actually.

I don't think 4kids should have the right to delete winx videos that are the original. They shouldn't be able to delete videos that only use rai clips and not theirs. Its just not right.

4kids must have the rights to Winx Club or something... I don't think they could have done that if they didn't.... but I'm not sure.

I'm pretty sure that 4kids has the rights to the 4kids version because they edited it, and its the actors they pay to voice the characters, their logo is on it so they technically have the rights to their version. They most likely bought it from rainbow to dub it for North America when there was still new episodes. Yeah I think that whole rumor about deleting things in September was a whole rumor.

I actually believed it at the time too. I really wonder how that spread and how it originated. It was a cruel rumor, that's for sure.

I think you're right. It still angers me that they delete fan-made videos that were made just with Rai Due clips. They didn't dub and edit the Rai version, so they shouldn't have the right to delete them.

they're in charge of the winx merchandise, I'm pretty sure of it. But everything and every bits of their merchandise are made by china, and I hate it

You guys are forgetting that when other companies bring this stuff to other countries to be dubbed to that language/etc, even though they may not have CREATED it, it's all about Copyright laws and whatnot, so when this sort of stuff is posted, it's considered copyright infringement and it's also going against merchandise purchase of the product to support the series/show/etc. so technically, they can do whatever they want and YouTube and other video sites that are complying with them are helping them out by not allowing people to show the videos for free so people can use other things to download them for free, so it's a chain of events that leads to that.

that is what I've said, I hate copyrighted laws.

1. We do not earn any money for their thingy thing
2. we are helping them to promote things for free
3. we uses our money to buy their merchandise

I see a whole lot of 4kids episodes on youtube.
I see a whole lot of users who dont credit the creators in there AMV's and they never get suspended.

Jeez, its just whenever someone tells them about a video they ban it.


and its not like they remove 4kids episode downloads either. someones turned you in

If people are watching it online for free, they aren't paying for the dvd, so they lose money. Most companies don't like losing money, so if they see the video on YouTube they ban it.

Oh, jeez. Here's an epic facepalm for you guys:

4kids uploaded a Winx Club preview onto their own official Youtube channel. Then, removed it for copyright violations. In other words, copyrighted their own video which they legally own.

I always hate 4kids! 4kids delete/calming the videos that isn't own by them! I hate 4kids! And because of that, DokiEnchantix can't upload Winx Club Episode 3 - 12 (Rai English) althought its not own by them, Winx Club Season 2 (Rai English) and also its not own by them. icon_sad.gif
