i made an ooc (original character or what ever) and i drew a picture of him too but i would like to make it animated and better does any one know how or where i can get one?

If you'd want it to be animated, you'll have to actually draw many frames of it for each movement and then ask someone to put it together in an animation program.

Then you can scan the picture, and use Photoshop to draw the line-art and color it.

no, hi just want it to be animated, for some movements of the character, mb. as ditta sayd before me, you need to make the needed number of frames and than make movements in photoshop (there is a special animated tool)
