Icy for both!! she's my absolute fave!! She's so pretty and cool (in both ways, lol, with Icy, u have to specify that!!) and AWESOME!! and she's majorly powerful!!

I voted for Darcy as my favourite, I love her hair and she also is a little less evil than the others (remember her and Riven?).
As for the strongest, I couldn't decide at first, but then I voted for Icy since ice is the most dangerous of all their powers.

Not to denounce your opinion, but her way with Riven was one of the most devious things any bad guy ever did on Winx. Hypnotising a guy, making him completely dependant on you, and making him betray those few friends he has? Riven had some serious psychological problems at the end of the run.
