Kiba walked past a set of two men who seemed to be walking with a purpose, they looked different, especially clothing wise. he bumped into one (pharar) but kept walking "excuse a blind man" he muttered, slipping his hand into his jacket pocket and pulling out anything his hand touched (you can choose humbu) he didnt figure he was noticed by the boy but the older one seemed like he might have noticed.

"hey let go of me! Assault! Police! Help! I'm being mugged!" the apparent blind man shreiked, acting came natural to him, he grew up pretending to have eyes so he didn't hesitate when he felt his collar tighten and yank him back.

Sergei's head just shot up as he pinned the newcomer with a glare. Attacking?! First off, he merely grabbed someone by the collar. Second, it was a thief, he should be glad he didn't do more.

Kiba smed as he was told to shut up the quickly put his innocent face back on when the new comer approached. He gently tapped the man between the legs with his cane "please let my collar go, it'd dreadfully hard to get out wrinkles when your blind."

Prahar had ignored the man who bumped into him, until Sergei pulled him back and he realized that he had been pick pocketed. Shoving his hands in his pockets, it wasn't hard to determine his wallet was missing. "Buddy, you might be blind, but that doesn't make you stupid. And neither are we. Hand back my wallet and we'll let you go without harm, this time atleast."

((You said a gentle tap. I think it's obvious that Sergei needs more then a gentle tap between the legs to be phased. He's a trained Spetznas officer, after all. Hit harder.))

Kiba gave a little harder of a tap, by this he ment he cracked the cane, hitting him between the legs so hard, even though the cane already looked weak, that was no gentle hit. "ill ask you again" he said through gritted teeth "please let go of my collar"

As the hit connected, Sergei's eyes widened in the first show of emotion, that of utter pain as he let go and backed up, doubling over, breathing heavily and overall trying very hard to regain his composure.
