Because the links to it/them are located near the top, and nobody really notices it.
Or maybe it's too hard to upload an image or a new blog?

No, I found it very easy.
There are really beautiful pics at the gallery and interesting things to discuss at the blogs and no one notice them.

Because sometimes people are too busy to blog here/put images here. Most people out for an image account(if they want to put up pics, I personally don't have many pics I want to put up, I use photobucket for convenience), i.e photobucket, imageshack, or blog on myspace/facebook or a blog site, and some don't even get enough time to write a blog. It's all just a matter of opinion. So don't be upset about it, just keep in mind some don't want to post here or don't have the time(I personally can't find the time to blog).

I agree. I started the blog (here on MC) a while ago, but it's dead now, because I just don't seem to have the time to update it regularly.

I put some pics on the gallery ages ago and still have a link in my siggy. I am too busy to have a blog right now and be able to update it often but I agree with u Bloom girl the gallery and blogs are a bit...deserted.
