So you graphic makers know how you make forum sets and stuff, and then you change it. Then the old set just rottens in your folders and will never be used again >.< Well if the graphics don't have a huge username on it then you can throw it in here and see if someone would be willing to use it ^^.

Well a username in the corner would pass, but a banner that is obviously dedicated to you [As in you username/nickname/name in big letters on the graphic] can't pass.
