So the word of the street is that Universal is planning a live action Barbie movie for 2011.

I feel you should know that I literally did a spit-take with my water when I read this.

ANYWAYS, there have been tons of Barbie "stories". There are tons of straight to video tapes and DVDs, and they have been books being written about Barbie and her adventures as long as Barbie herself has been around. The "story" of Barbie is whatever they feel like writing about at the time.

Whatever, I'm a life-long Barbie fan so it's all good for me xD

Plus, I'm not one of those Feminazi's that thinks everything pink and girly is 'evil'. The pinker, girlier and sillier it is, the better as far as I'm concerned.
