Okay guys thanks so much for the support.
Here's what I'll tell myself.
1) It'll be over soon,
2) These shots are very important, they help my body.
3) I won't look at the needle.

I'll plan something fun to do afterwards like shopping for new clothes, or for school supplies (who doesn't love school supplies?)
As something to look forward to.

Inbetween shots I'll ask the nurse if I can have a few minutes as a break to calm myself down, and drink some water.

So sound like a good plan?

Yep, you'll be okay and you'll probably even be proud of yourself that you got the job done too. I always try to have the doctor do it randomly when I'm not paying attention. I look anywhere but where the shot is and ask that they not let me know when they are about to administer it =P.
