...BWAHAHAA OH MY GOD THE 4KIDS DUB OF TOKYO MEW MEW. XD

*calms down*
OK, I'm better now. Anyway. Anyone who's watched/read any dub of Tokyo Mew Mew and then Mew Mew Power, I think you get what I'm going at.
I really think of TMM as kind of a....'starter' anime/manga. It gets people into the genre, and then they can go find other, better [IMHO] manga/anime.
But I still like the series, it's cute~! [I've also read the manga...anyone else who has, what about A La Mode? xP I'm sorry, I haaaate Berry.]

My favorite Mews are probably Lettuce, Pudding, and Zakuro. {Not neccesarily in that order, though.}

My faves must be Pudding and Zakuro I think xP

I watched it on Youtube for a little period. It got boring. It's still a cute series^^

Tokyo Mew Mew was my first anime icon_razz.gif

Ironicaly I found it via 4Kids as Mew Mew Power, but I have watched the japanese version

In the Netherlands Nickelodeon aires Mew Mew Power (4Kids version) on their pay channel
Mew Mew Power is only the first half of the serie (26 episodes and not the fully 52 episodes)
they couldn't aquire the other half icon_razz.gif because they changed it a lot!

I have only watched Mew Mew Power first episode for a school report, conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!

Maybe some nice things to know:
I'm interesting in making a new youth TV station, like Jetix (Disney), Nickelodeon (MTV, ViaCom) and 4Kids but with an another approuch.
Jetix is the mayor anime station in the netherlands (it aires the most)
And nickelodeon aires only one (on their pay channel, Mew Mew Power)
They don't air much anime because they think it is to voilent for their audience (most Anime's are for 12 ~ 18)

Wat I want is airing anime, for the original audience, and not for further younger childs, like 4Kids do.
This includes Japanese voices (because they are allways better than dubs, exceptions here and there) and Dutch then as subs.

Well, if you're talking about Holland.... they had a short run of Cowboy Bebop (Uncencored, original Japanese Voice Acting) on TMF. Never caught on. Darnit.... here I was, hoping it would be like a gateway.....

I have never seen TMF, so I don't know.
But now the only type of anime that we see here are stupid 4Kids versions.

Jetix also wants to air Winx Club, so it was on the race with Nickelodeon (Which aquire the series)
Jetix was going airing the 4Kids version, and Nick the Rai Due version. (People said that this is the reason why Nick aquire Winx Club)

Sorry, I download allways fansub version.

BTW, do you like to get an account on my video site (sent me a PM then)?
Then you don't have to cut the episodes in 3 parts, its free, and NO 4KIDS (cause the site is by dutch/french law, server is in france)
