6x09: Shrine of the Green Dragon Options

In the US, Nick.com is offering 8 (!) new episodes online this week (17 May). We haven't had any new episodes (or ANY episodes for that matter) air on Nick in the states since February, so viewers might be a little rusty on what's happened so far. So basically, the girls went to Egypt (with the Trix secretly in tow) to look for the diary of a girl named Eldora to find hints on how to lock Selina's Legendarium, and Bloom happened across Selina during her search. Anyways, Bloom also found the diary, and this episode sees the Winx head to China

I managed to watch this one online a while ago and thanks to Sen translating could read what happened.

Well I am glad that the Trix finally stopped hiding and got back to business as they always felt a bit neutered and with Selena playing with the legindarium it removed the risk of Selenas alternate play being discovered. I hope it is as it would interesting to see what would happen.

Then we get to the very quick change in mind with the Dragon Tamer from no one must get in for protection of the shrine to opened up to the public. that was a bit to big a jump for me. I did enjoy the episode in the end but would have liked to see some more dragon action and cannot help but feel the specialists could have got some screen time as they have worked with dragons before at Red fountain.
