Hugo is the king of rambling on for pages about nothing. He does that in Hunchback of Notre Dame as well.

BUT. I DIGRESS. The Les Mis movie was lovely.

Ah yes, I plan on reading Notre Dame de Paris too. I went on a huge Hunchback kick last summer i think and I wanted to read it but it was very unavailable everywhere I looked, haha. And then I found out that it was over 1000 pages like Les Mis, but I still need to read it. It's probably going to take years, especially since I don't make time to read as I used to!

I don't think I would be able to get through either of those. I do so much reading for school I just can't the the motivation to read a lot when I'm off unless it is something really interesting.

Heh, he goes on for like 50 pages about Napoleon and the battler at Waterloo. He can ramble. He goes on for a similar amount of time about the aesthetics of Paris in Notre Dame De Paris.

Hahaha, it might serve as an extra history lesson to read them, then!

I have just now seen this movie, and I it makes we love Hugh Jackman even more (didn't think that was possible) and I have a greater respect for Anne Hathaway, I just really loved this movie.
