Whenever you feel really angry at something or someone, first count to 20 (or any number, depending on how long it takes) to calm yourself down. That way, you'll be able to think about the situation calmly, and you won't end up doing something drastic, that you'd regret.
Then, try this: When you're angry with someone, think about all the happy memories and good times you've had with that person. The more you think about those good times, the more you'll realize that it's not worth it to get angry.
Try to do this every time you feel angry with someone, I've tried it myself, and I've found that it really helps. =)
