Random 4kids Edit Pieces of Info, *Shrugs* Well why not? Options

I was just looking around randomly awhile ago, and found some random pieces of information involving the 4kids edit.

"The series is aimed toward children between the ages of six and fourteen"

I can't BELIEVE how high the target range started out as! Holy jeez! It's been lowered alot. What is it now? Ages 3-9? Or something ridiculous like that? Anyone in that target range? Anyone? That's what I thought.

"...Other changes include a general weakening of romantic elements contained within the show."
