i also was guessing it real or not... but after viewing the original files clearly. It was very clear that the email come from Rainbow server themself. Reason [a bit tech geek talk] the email header can contain a lot of useful info

So base on this email header I'm come to a conclusion.
The email was send by rbw.it staff
or
some1 hacked into their server and disguised themself as a rainbow staff very well. but seem this conclusion is unlikely im going with my first one... >.<
