Nicely done. I particularly like the small details done with the top and the feel of gravitation with the sleeves. It's subtle, but very effective.

Interesting start... I prefer the design of the first drawing.

Here are some handy tips- static colours don't really express the forms of the body and clothing, you need to add a contrasting outline and some shadow. Your art will stand out more.
Also, wings need a contrasting outline too. And they need to be uniform in size to be effective.
